Happy Easter! We had a brisk winter this year and I'm sure everyone is looking forward to a nice warm spring and summer. Things will slow down a little bit at the gym and we'd like to wish all of our seasonal members a safe trip back home and we look forward to seeing you again next year.

During the quieter times in April, we take advantage of the opportunity to do additional maintenance and updates around the club. If you see anything that's in need of repair or a tune up, let any of our front desk staff know and we will get to it as quickly as we can. On occasion it does take quite some time to find parts for certain machines, which is the only reason why you would see an extended out of order sign on any of them. We apologize for this inconvenience, but if we're able to find the part we repair the piece of equipment as quickly as possible. If you visit the club after hours and we’re not at the desk, feel free to leave us a note and we’ll take a serious look at your request to see if it’s something we can accommodate or if it’s something in need of repair. We do our best to cater to all our members, and of course we take your safety and comfort very seriously.

A note about our classes: check on Facebook, myiClubOnline or our website for the most up to date schedule. Classes are still in HIGH demand, and we recognize it can be frustrating when you are unable to register for a class, but their availability will always be on a first come, first serve basis. All active members of the club - regardless if you have signed up for 1 month or 1 year, will be given an equal opportunity to attend our classes. NSAC offers the MOST FREE classes in the area. Please thank your instructors for making themselves available and for the hard work they put into teaching classes at the club, it can be very difficult and stressful on them at times. We understand more classes would be great, but we are limited by space, time slots and available instructors. Members are able to sign up for class 48 hours ahead of time by going to MyiClubOnline.com - if a class is full, you will need to check if a spot has opened up regularly. The waitlist has been DISCONTINUED. If you are not registered for a class, you will NOT be able to attend. All spots are available on a first come first serve basis - regardless of membership types. Calling and leaving a voicemail to be signed up for class also DOES NOT reserve a place in that class, as our voicemail is checked during business hours and all spaces in those classes will likely have been taken by members signing up online - which is the most efficient and effective way to sign up for classes.

Summer is around the corner, if you have friends and family who are visiting we do offer short term options for them to come and workout. If you're looking to get in shape for the summer months we also have trainers available to get you motivated to look your best for the warmer months. As always, we apprecaite your patronage at the club and look forward to seeing you on your next visit. Mother's Day is also around the corner next month, and just a reminder that we do offer gift certificates for training, massage and memberships.

Don’t count the days; make the days count.
